We offer classes at CakeLove in Silver Spring and last night I tought one on pound cakes, my favorite type of cake. It was great and I had a wonderful group of students. I really enjoy teaching.

We offer demonstration and participation classes. Last night was all demo and I made 3 of my favorites: LCD, Maple, and Citron. Oh man, Citron is one of those that just makes you step back and appreciate what baking is all about!
