This fall we introduced baking classes at CakeLove in Silver Spring and I’m happy to share that they’re going really well. Some are hand-on with lots of participation and others are demonstration that let you take a back seat and observe. It’s not just me teaching the classes either. Several other expert bakers at CakeLove lead the instruction in baking cakes, buttercreams, and assembling cakes. We’ll be expanding the subjects in the classes for 2007 –if you have a CakeLove baked treat that you’re interested in learning about, please let us know!
